Returns & Refunds

We want orders to arrive as described. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the order, or the wrong item is delivered, contact us as soon as possible at salih.smka1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or other reasonable evidence. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or another solution required by law.

For eligible distance purchases in the European Union, customers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date the goods are received, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To exercise that right, contact us within the applicable period before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise or NovaPick confirms otherwise in writing. Do not send a return to the original shipping address unless we have provided return instructions.

Returned goods should be in substantially the same condition in which they were received, except for handling reasonably necessary to inspect them. Refund timing and any permitted deductions will follow applicable law and the payment provider's processing time.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where required by applicable law. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
