Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you browse or purchase from NovaPick. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.

Products and pricing. We try to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Minor differences in color or appearance can occur because of screens, photography, or normal manufacturing variation. Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed.

Orders. We may decline or cancel an order when required because of payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Payment. Orders must be paid through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms and security procedures.

Shipping and returns. Delivery destinations, rates, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy.

Use of the site. You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use the store in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services. Parts of the store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, suppliers, or other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms.

Liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaPick is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the purchase.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Applicable law. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
