NovaPick ships to the destinations currently supported at checkout.

Shipping rates

United States: Free Standard Shipping.
Germany, France, and the Netherlands: International Standard Shipping is $19.99 per order unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times may be shown on product pages or at checkout. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing can vary by destination, product availability, carrier conditions, customs processing, and fulfillment location.

Fulfillment and tracking

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. When tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after shipment.

Address changes

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error before fulfillment, contact us through the Contact NovaPick page as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other destination-country fees may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
